Rendezvous at Winter Park (previously known as the Arrowhead property) is a 688 acre addition to Rendezvous located in the Town of Winter Park. This new acquisition will add up to 1867 residential units, 300 lodging units, and 90,000 square feet of commercial to Rendezvous. The plan will also provide an extensive trail system that will have multiple connections to the USFS property to the north. This community is currently being rezoned and the first neighborhood is being processed with the Town.
